If an activity has assigned seating, the safest option is booking all seats in one checkout so the group is seated together. VegasPlanPro helps coordinate the plan and shows a per-person cost so everyone knows what to reimburse. Some venues allow separate purchases with seat selection, but that depends on the vendor.
